Return Eligibility & Period

Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Report Damage Promptly: Any claims for damage must be reported within 2 business days of receipt.

Eligible Items: Most items may be returned, except for custom or special orders. All stock adjustment items must be of BG origin.
Return Authorization (RA) Requirements

All returns must receive written approval and a Return Authorization (RA) number before being shipped.

R/A# must appear on the exterior of the shipping carton. Returns without this will be refused.

RA numbers are valid for 30 days only.

No additions may be made to an RA after it has been issued.
Packaging Requirements

All items must be returned in original, resealable packaging and packed securely within an exterior carton.

Tools returned in damaged or non-resalable packaging will incur a 50% restocking fee.

All stickers and price tags must be removed from packaging before return.

A copy of the RA form must be included inside the package.

Poorly packaged items will be refused and not accepted for return or credit.
Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance to ensure delivery.
Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 15%–30% may apply, depending on the condition of the returned items.

Items received in unacceptable or unsellable condition may incur up to a 50% restocking fee.
Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or account statement.
Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 2 business days and retain all original packaging.

Mark any visible damage on the delivery receipt and contact the carrier immediately for claim processing.
