Diablo’s premium sanding sheets include breakthrough innovations that improve performance, extend sanding life and increase productivity.

Diablo’s sanding sheets are engineered to solve common sanding frustrations—material removal, clogging, and uneven wear—through cutting-edge innovation and high-performance materials. Designed for professionals, Diablo delivers durability, efficiency, and productivity in every sheet. The premium ceramic grain blend removes up to 3X more material than standard Aluminum Oxide sanding sheets. Clog-SHIELD™, Diablo’s own blend of grinding agents, reduces loading thus maximizing productivity. A superior grain bonding system, ENDURA-BOND™, ensures even wear of the grit and consistent sanding results, delivering smoother finishes with fewer sheet changes. Ideal for wood, metal, paint, and plastics, Diablo sandpaper tackles a wide range of projects with superior results. Diablo’s advanced sandpaper technology lasts longer, works harder, and delivers professional results with minimal effort. By addressing common problems like efficiency and productivity, Diablo helps professionals achieve consistent results every time.
